These Terms of Use govern your use of the Next Level Athlete Network (NLAN) website and platform. By using the site or our services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to create an account, or have a parent or guardian create one. You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. Parents are responsible for students/minors they add.
Bookings and sessions
- Bookings are subject to coach availability. Cancel as early as possible so others can book.
- We may track no-shows. Waivers and parent consent are required where applicable.
Payments
Prices and fees are shown at checkout. Payment processing is by third parties (e.g. Stripe). You agree to pay applicable fees and provide accurate payment information.
Health and safety
Coaching and athletic activities involve risk. You are responsible for consulting a physician. NLAN does not provide medical or recruiting advice; participation does not guarantee scholarships or recruitment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, access others’ accounts or data without permission, or interfere with site operation or security.
Changes and liability
We may modify the site or these Terms. Continued use means you accept updates. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NLAN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the site or services.
